It is not recommended to wax immediately after intense, exercise or heavy sweating.
Sweat can introduce bacteria to the skin and increase the risk of irritation, clogged follicles, or post-wax breakouts. Increased body heat and circulation can also intensify histamine reactions leading to redness, swelling or sensitivity.

Both hard and soft wax are professional waxing methods used depending on the area being treated and the type of hair.
Hard wax is applied warm to the skin and hardens as it cools. It is removed without strips, making it ideal for larger areas.
Soft wax is applied in a thin layer and removed using a strip. It is typically used for detailed areas where precision and smooth finishing are needed.
In the studio, both methods are used strategically based on the service.
