Package Terms and Conditions

Prepaid & Non-Refundable
All package purchases must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a package is purchased, the purchase is final.

No Expiration
Unused package services do not expire and may be redeemed at a later date, subject to Garden Beauty Bar’s availability and applicable service policies.

Cancellations & No-Shows
Package appointments are subject to Garden Beauty Bar’s standard cancellation and no-show policy. Canceling within the restricted cancellation window or failing to attend a scheduled appointment may result in the applicable cancellation/no-show fee being charged separately to the card on file.

Missed Package Services
If a package appointment is canceled within the restricted cancellation window or is a no-show, the scheduled service will still be deducted from the package balance as if the appointment had been completed. The applicable cancellation/no-show fee is charged separately and does not restore the package service.

Late Arrivals
Late arrivals may result in shortened service time. If there is insufficient time to complete the scheduled service, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and the applicable policies will apply.

Promotions & Discounts
Package pricing cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless otherwise stated.

Package Pricing
The package price is locked in at the time of purchase. Future changes to regular service pricing will not affect the price of an already-purchased package.

Service Policies
All standard Garden Beauty Bar service policies, including waxing contraindications and preparation requirements, remain applicable to package appointments.

Final Sale
By purchasing a package, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these Package Terms & Conditions. All package purchases are final and non-refundable, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of your control, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
